Weekly Tips

  • Tuesday: When making peach smoothie open a 14oz can of Coconut milk. Reserve one cup for Cupcakes on Wednesday, use the rest in your smoothie making up the difference with regular milk.
  • Thursday: At breakfast remove ground beef from freezer for Taco Soup and make Focaccia bread for lunch. Extra bread can be eaten with Taco soup at dinner time.
  • Friday: Cook extra bacon for Chicken Bacon Club
