4 boneless Chicken Breasts | 2 Eggs, beaten |
20 Saltine Crackers, crushed | 1/4 tsp Black Pepper |
Combine eggs, pepper and 2 tbsp water. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Dip chicken in egg mixture and crushed crackers. Cook in vegetable oil until golden brown.
