1 8oz package of refrigerated crescent rolls
Olive oil cooking spray
2 Tbsp onion flakes
Preheat oven to 375 F. Unroll crescent dough into 8 triangles. Tie each triangle into a knot by stretching two points out and then crossing them over and under, as if tying a shoe. Place the knots on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray, sprinkle with onion flakes. Bake until puffed up and golden brown. About 10-12 minutes.
