Crumb Mixture:
1 c. All-Purpose Flour | 1 c. Brown Sugar, packed |
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour | 1/2 c. Butter, melted |
Filling:
2/3 c. Butter | 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips |
1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed | 1 c. Pecan Pieces |
1/2 c. Butterscotch Chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all crumb mixture ingredients. Press in 9×13 ungreased pan. Sprinkle pecans over unbaked crust.
In a small saucepan, combine butter and sugar and bring to boil. Pour over crust and pecans. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chips over hot filling. Then swirl with chips to cover with knife. Pecan bars should have a swirl effect. Let cool, and serve.
