Pecan Bars

Crumb Mixture:

1 c. All-Purpose Flour 1 c. Brown Sugar, packed
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 c. Butter, melted

Filling:

2/3 c. Butter 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed 1 c. Pecan Pieces
1/2 c. Butterscotch Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all crumb mixture ingredients. Press in 9×13 ungreased pan. Sprinkle pecans over unbaked crust.

In a small saucepan, combine butter and sugar and bring to boil. Pour over crust and pecans. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chips over hot filling. Then swirl with chips to cover with knife. Pecan bars should have a swirl effect. Let cool, and serve.
