Sesame Asparagus

1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 ½ inch pieces

1 Tbsp minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Butter

½ Cup Chicken Broth

1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted

Saute asparagus and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.  Stir in broth; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Remove to a serving dish with a slotted spoon; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
