|1/2 Cup Butter||2 Cups Milk|
|8 oz Cream Cheese||1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese|
|2 tsp Garlic Powder||Salt and pepper to taste|
Melt butter and cream cheese in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add garlic powder and milk. Cook until thickened. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Continue to simmer until desired consistency.
