1 Head Romaine Lettuce | ½ Bunch Celery |
2-3 Ripe Avocados | ¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese |
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder | ¼ Cup Cashews, chopped |
3 Roma Tomatoes | Salt & Pepper to Taste |
1 Yellow Bell Pepper | Balsamic Vinegar To taste |
½ Cucumber |
For Salad, cut up all Vegetables and add to large salad bowl. Add nuts, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I really don’t know exactly how much I use. Taste the salad when its all done and add more if needed. After you put all that together, toss salad thoroughly. Sprinkle 1 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar and toss again.
