|1 Head Romaine Lettuce||½ Bunch Celery|
|2-3 Ripe Avocados||¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese|
|1 Tbsp Garlic Powder||¼ Cup Cashews, chopped|
|3 Roma Tomatoes||Salt & Pepper to Taste|
|1 Yellow Bell Pepper||Balsamic Vinegar To taste|
For Salad, cut up all Vegetables and add to large salad bowl. Add nuts, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I really don’t know exactly how much I use. Taste the salad when its all done and add more if needed. After you put all that together, toss salad thoroughly. Sprinkle 1 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar and toss again.
