Olive Oil | 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese |
Preheat oven to 425. Cut broccoli bunches into large florets and spread evenly on a foil lined cookie sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. After removing from the oven toss with the zest and the juice from a lemon. Add a bit more olive oil and about 1/3 cup parmesan cheese. Be creative and add toasted almonds, pinenuts, or sunflower seeds. You can also add fresh basil!
