(Serve with Parsley Baby Carrots)
1 lb Ground Beef | 1 10oz Can Cream of Onion Soup |
1/3 Cup Salsa | 1/2 Cup Milk |
1/3 Cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs | 2 Cups Wide Egg Noodles |
Salt and Pepper to Taste |
Combine ground beef, salsa, and cracker crumbs. Form into patties and grill until no longer pink. Meanwhile combine onion soup with 1/2 Cup milk and heat through. Cook noodles according to package directions. Layer each serving plate with noodles, beef patty and top with soup.
