1 8oz Carton Plain Yogurt | Salt and Pepper to taste |
1/4 C. Coarsely Shredded Cucumber | 1 lb boneless Beef Sirloin Steak |
1 Tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped | 1/2 tsp Lemmon-pepper Seasoning |
1 Tbsp Snipped Fresh Mint | Fresh mint Leaves |
1/4 tsp Sugar |
Preheat broiler. For raita, in a small bowl combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, snipped mint, and sugar. Season yogurt mixture to taste with salt and pepper; set aside. Sprikle meat with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place meat on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat, turning meat over half way through. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve with Raita.
