(Serve with Garlic Bread)
1 (16oz) Package Elbow Macaroni | 2 tsp Italian Seasoning |
2 (10oz) Bottles Alfredo Sauce | 3 Cups Cooked Chicken |
1 Cup Sour Cream | 2 Eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 Cups Ricotta Cheese | 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese |
2 tsp Minced Garlic | 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley |
1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained | 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese |
Prepare pasta according to package directions: drain place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
