6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 6 Pieces of Sliced Ham
6 Slices of Swiss Cheese 6 Slices of Bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste 1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1 tsp Cornstarch 1/4 Cup Cold water
Flatten Chicken with a mallet to about 1/4 inch thickness. Place a slice of ham and a slice of swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up and wrap with a strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Place in a ziptop bag, freeze.
To serve: thaw contents of bag. Place chicken bundles in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup water, chicken bouilon, and apple juice. Pour apple juice mixture on top of chicken. Cook on high for 4 hours. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water. Add to slow cooker and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve with green beans and sauteed mushrooms.
