8 oz Fettuccini | 1 2/3 Cup Milk |
2 Cups Fresh Broccoli, chopped | 4oz Cream Cheese, cubed |
1/2 Cup Italian Dressing | 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded |
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, Cubed | 1/2 tsp Dried Basil Leaves |
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes of pasta cook time, drain. Meanwhile, heat Italian dressing in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in milk, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and basil. Bring to a boil stirring constantly, cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce is well blended and heated throughout. Toss chicken mixture with pasta and broccoli until well coated, serve immediately.
