(Serve with Baked Beans and Potato Chips)
1/3 Cup Green Onion, Chopped | 1/2 Tsp Salt |
3 Tbsp Plain Yogurt | 2 lbs Ground Beef |
2 Tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped | 6-8 Slices Pepperjack Cheese |
1/2 tsp Black Pepper | Hamburger Buns, Lettuce, Tomatoes |
Combine green onions, yogurt, jalapeno peppers, black pepper, and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into patties. (Opt. Freeze with waxed paper placed between each patty) Grill burgers until no longer pink in the center, add cheese during that last 2 minutes.
