2 Tbs. Unsweetend Cocoa Powder | 1/4 tsp. Rum Extract |
1/4 c. Powdered Sugar |
Place cream and cocoa powder in medium bowl. Beat on speed 1 about 30 sec, or until blended. Beat on speed 7/9 (whichever is more high on mixer) about 30 sec, or until soft peaks form. Continuing on speed 7/9, gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and rum extract. Beat about 30 sec, or until stiff.
