|1 Cup Butter, softened||1 Cup Chocolate Chips|
|1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar, packed||3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts, optional|
|2 tsp Vanilla||1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, or dipping chocolate|
|1 Tbsp Water||1 Cup Heath Bar Pieces|
|2 Cups Flour|
1- Cream together butter and sugar.
2- Add vanilla, water, flour, chocolate chips, and nuts (if desired).
3- Roll dough into bite sized balls, place on a cookie sheet and freeze for one hour.
4- Warm semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double-broiler or carefully in the microwave. Dip dough balls in melted chocolate and roll in heath bars.
