Cowboy Chicken Soup

1/2 Cup Onion, chopped 2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped 1 1oz Pkg Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp Vegetabel Oil 1 4oz Can Green Chilies, chopped
2 Cups Cooked Chicken, shredded 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
6 Cups Chicken Broth Salsa, Tortilla Chips
2 15oz Cans Great Northern Beans, drained Iceburg lettuce, shredded

Saute onions and garlic in oil.  Add remainging ingredients except cheese, salsa, lettuce and tortilla chips to a crock pot or sauce pan. Simmer on low for 1-2 hours. Serve with cheese, salsa, lettuce, and chips.
