1/2 Cup Onion, chopped | 2 tsp Dried Oregano |
1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped | 1 1oz Pkg Taco Seasoning |
1 Tbsp Vegetabel Oil | 1 4oz Can Green Chilies, chopped |
2 Cups Cooked Chicken, shredded | 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded |
6 Cups Chicken Broth | Salsa, Tortilla Chips |
2 15oz Cans Great Northern Beans, drained | Iceburg lettuce, shredded |
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add remainging ingredients except cheese, salsa, lettuce and tortilla chips to a crock pot or sauce pan. Simmer on low for 1-2 hours. Serve with cheese, salsa, lettuce, and chips.
