1 c. Milk | 1 (20oz.) package refrigerated Potato Wedges |
1/2 c. Sour Cream | 1 (16oz.) package frozen Cooked Meatballs |
1/2 tsp. Salt | 1 (16oz.) package frozen Stir-fry Vegetables |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen vegetables.
Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3qt. rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, about one hour or until heated through. Makes six servings
