|2 Chicken Breasts, still frozen||3 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix|
|1 Can Diced Tomatoes||1 Tbsp Cumin|
|1 Can Corn Kernels, undrained||1 tsp Chili Powder & Onion Powder|
|1 Can Black Beans, drained||1 Pkg Cream Cheese|
|1/4 Cup Diced Onions|
Place chicken in a crock pot. Top with tomatoes, corn, beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders, stir to combine then top with the cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice to blend in the cheese. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
