(Serve in bread bowls)
10 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped (thawed)
½ cup water
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Bring broccoli and water to a boil; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Do not drain water. Stir in potato soup and milk. Stir over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. Enjoy.
