CHICKEN MARINADE
1 TBSP minced garlic (from the can) 3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce 2 TBSP melted butter ¼ c. buttermilk 4+ boneless, skinless chicken breasts

BUTTERMILK CHICKEN RUB
1 ½ TBSP celery salt 1 tsp. fresh-ground pepper 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. smoked paprika ½ tsp. ground yellow mustard ¼ tsp. dill weed |
To make CHICKEN RUB
Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl. (The seasoning recipe makes enough to use for more than one meal. Store the seasoning mix in a small plastic container or Ziploc bag.)
To make BUTTERMILK CHICKEN
Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts 20 minutes before grilling. Make sure all sides of chicken are coated well. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with buttermilk chicken rub. Cover and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Grill.
