3 lbs Boneless Pork Loin | 1 tsp Nutmeg |
1/2 tsp Paprika | 1/2 Cup Ketchup |
1/2 Cup Orange Juice | 4 TBSP Honey |
2 TBSP Soy Sauce | 4 TBSP Lemon Juice |
1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch | 1/4 Cup water |
Place pork loin in a slow cooker. Mix together all ingredients except cornstarch and water. Pour over pork. Cook on low 4-6 hours until ready to shred. Shred pork.
Pour juices in a sauce pan and heat to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water into the sauce. Cook until thickened, add back to meat.
Freeze in a gallon freezer bag. To serve, thaw and serve over rice.
