| 1 Pkg Italian Sausage (Spicy or Sweet) | 1/2 Yellow Onion |
| 3 Red Potatoes | Black pepper and Garlic Salt to Taste |
| 5 Small Peppers | 1 Tbsp Butter |
Over medium high heat cook italian sausage. While sausage is cooking, chop red potatoes into tiny squares. Evenly coat a cooking pan with non-stick spray and place potates in and cook over medium high heat, add in butter and season with garlic salt and place a lid over potates. Chop peppers and yellow onion and add to potatoes after about 10 minutes of cooking. Season with black pepper. Once sausage is cooked through, cut intil bite sized pieces and mix into potatoes. Serve and Enjoy!
