|2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts||1 Lemon, juiced and grated|
|4 Tbs. Olive Oil||3 Tbs. Yellow Cheese, (preferably Gruyere)|
|5 minced Cloves Garlic|
Cut off edges and remove outer layer of the brussel sprouts, then slice into halves. Saute brussels for approx. eight minutes. The outer side should turn yellowy gold, and the inner part, tender and cooked through. After a few minutes, add garlic. Lower the heat and mix in the lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper. Stir well. Taste and add flavor if need be. Transfer into serving dish, sprinkle cheese on top and serve hot.
