1/2 c. Dijon Mustard | 1.5 lb. package Chicken Thighs |
1/4 c. Maple Syrup | Salt and Pepper, to taste |
1 Tbs. Rice Wine Vinegar |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Then mix together mustard, syrup and red wine vinegar. Put chicken in a foil lined, oven-proof baking dish. Pour mix over chicken. Put in oven for about 40 minutes, or until chicken temperature is 165.
