Sweet Potatoes or Yams | Salt & Pepper (to taste) |
Sour Cream (about 1/2 Cup per lb) | Butter (about 1 Tbsp per lb) |
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Add to a pot of boiling water. Boil until tender, drain. Add butter, salt and pepper. Mash well. Fold in sour cream just before serving.
