|1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef||1/2 Cup Milk|
|1 1/4 tsp Salt||1/3 Cup Steak Sauce|
|1 Egg||1 Onion, chopped|
|Dash Black Pepper||1/2 Cup Green Pepper, diced|
|1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs|
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan (or a cupcake pan). In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, salt, egg, pepper, bread crumbs, milk, onion, green pepper, and 3 TBSP steak sauce. Place beef mixture in prepared pan, brush top with remaining steak sauce. Bake for one hour or until cooked through.
