1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef | 1/2 Cup Milk |
1 1/4 tsp Salt | 1/3 Cup Steak Sauce |
1 Egg | 1 Onion, chopped |
Dash Black Pepper | 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, diced |
1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan (or a cupcake pan). In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, salt, egg, pepper, bread crumbs, milk, onion, green pepper, and 3 TBSP steak sauce. Place beef mixture in prepared pan, brush top with remaining steak sauce. Bake for one hour or until cooked through.
