1 loaf unsliced French bread
12 slices mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

6 Tbsp butter, softened
½ Tsp garlic salt

Cut loaf into 1- inch thick slices. Place mozzarella slices between bread slices. Combine parmesan chesses, butter and garlic salt and spread mixture on each slice of bread. Reshape loaf, press firmly together and brush with remaining butter mixture on the outside of loaf. Bake at 375 for 8 – 10 minutes.
