2 tsp Olive Oil | 1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs |
2 tsp Minced Garlic | 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese |
1 1/2 lbs Button Mushrooms, sliced | Salt and Pepper to Taste |
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan and cook until the liquid evaporates and the bread crumbs are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
