(Serve with Zesty Spring Salad)
4 hardboiled eggs
1 pkg. rigatoni ½ onion, chopped 1 lb. hamburger |
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 frozen bag peas 1-2 C. mozzarella cheese |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil, peel, and slice eggs. Cook pasta al dente. Brown the hamburger and onion. Grease a 9×13 pan. Layer the pan using 1/2 of the pasta, eggs, hamburger, peas, and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Cook 15-20 min till bubbly. Add cheese the last 5 minutes to melt.
