|3/4 C Butter||1 tsp Vanilla|
|3/4 C Brown Sugar||1 1/2 C Flour|
|3/4 C Sugar||1 1/2 C Oats|
|1 3/4 C Peanut Butter, divided||1 tsp. Baking Soda|
|2 Eggs||1/2 tsp Salt|
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, 3/4 cup peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, oats, soda and salt. Press into ungreased jellyroll pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup of peanut butter over baked bars.

|1/2 Cup Butter||1 tsp. Vanilla|
|1/4 Cup Milk|
Mix up chocolate frosting by melting butter in a small saucepan. Stir in cocoa and milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla, then stir in powdered sugar until well combined. (if needed add a tablespoon of hot water to thin.)
Immediately pour chocolate frosting over peanutbutter bars and spread evenly.
