1 C Sugar | 2 Cubes Butter |
6 Eggs | 3 tsp. Salt |
2 1/2 C Warm Water | 4 Tbsp Yeast |
8 C Flour |
Pour all ingredients except the flour, into a blender. Pour over the flour in a large bowl. Stir until all flous is moistened. No need to knead a lot. Cover and let it rise double. Push down. Place in air tight bowl and refrigerate overnight or repeat the rise and push down procedures two more times. If using fridge, remove and let it warm to room temperature. Push down and roll into desired shapes. Place on sprayed sheet. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
For the Topping
1/4 C Milk | 1 Tbsp Sugar |
Mix the milk and sugar together and brush on warm rolls.
Orange Glaze
1/2 C Butter | 1 C Sour Cream |
1 1/2 C Sugar | 2 Tbsp Frozen Orange Juice Conentrate |
Boil all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour over warm rolls.
