| 3-5 lbs Potatoes | Crumbled Bacon |
| Milk | Green Onions, chopped |
| Ranch Dressing Powder mix | 1 Tbsp butter |
| Sour Cream |
Wash, peel and cube potatoes. Boil for 15-20 minutes or until tender; mash. Add just enough milk to make potatoes creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
