4 Cups Rhubarb | Dash of Salt |
1 2/3 Cup Sugar | 2 Tbsp Butter |
1/3 Cup Flour | 2 Pie Crusts |
Cut rhubarb into 1 inch slices. Combine cut rhubarb, sugar, flour and dash of salt. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes. Fill a 9 inch pie dish with a pie crust. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Place top crust on with slits for steam to escape. Seal edges. Bake 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
If desired add a few drops of red food coloring.
