| 1 lb Favorite Sausage Link | 1 Large Onion, Sliced |
| 4-5 Decent-Sized Potatoes | 3 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 Small Jar Banana Peppers, Sliced | Salt and Pepper for Taste |
| 1-2 Bell Peppers, Sliced |
Spray a large baking pan with nonstick spray. Slice sausages into thin rounds, about 1/4″ thick. Cut potatoes into 1/2″ chunks and slice onions and peppers into strips. Place all ingredients on baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Using your hands to toss everything to coat. Add salt and pepper and top with sliced banana peppers. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
