Salmon Fillets | 1 tsp Salt |
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic | 1/2 tsp Pepper |
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice | 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter, melted |
1- Prepare lime butter: (May be prepared in advance and refrigerated). In a blender mix garlic, salt, pepper, and lime juice. With motor running slowly add butter and blend well.
2- Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill until flakey. Add asparagus to the grill during the last 4-5 minutes of salmon cook time.
3- Serve hot with lime butter.
