S’more Cereal Bars

6 Cup Mini Marshmallows, divided 8 Cups Golden Grahams
2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 tsp Vanilla
5 Tbsp Butter

Freeze Chocolate Chips.

Grease a 9×13 baking pan.

Pour golden graham cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add 5 cups of marshmallows and stir until melted; add vanilla. Remove pan from heat. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal, mixing well to coat. Add chocolate chips and remaining cup of marshmallows; stir until evenly distributed.

Press cereal into prepared baking pan. Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares, serve.
