2 c. Sugar | 1/2 tsp. Salt |
3 Eggs | 2 tsp. Cinnamon |
1 tsp. Vanilla | 1 1/2 c. Cinnamon Chips |
3/4 c. Sour Cream | Topping: 3 Tbs. Sugar + 3 tsp. Cinnamon |

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs, vanilla, sour cream. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and stir lightly. Add the cinnamon chips and stir until combined. Divide batter into four mini loaf pans. (5×3″). Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter in each of the pans. Bake at 350 for 35-38 minutes. Cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from pans onto cooling racks.
