2 Tubes Crescent Rolls | 1/4 Cup Olives, finely chopped |
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese | 1 Egg White, beaten |
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded | Red Pepper Flakes, to taste |
2 Cups Baby Spinach | Salt and Pepper, to taste |
Preheat oven to 350.
Chop spinach and olives; place in a medium mixing bowl. Add feta, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper; toss.
Divide crescent rolls into triangles. Place a small spoonful of cheese mixture at the large end of each triangle and roll.
Place rolls on a cookie sheet and brush lightly with egg white.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
