1/2 C Sugar | Pinch of Salt |
1/2 C Water | 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract |
1/4 C Minced Mint Leaves | Lemon Juice |
1 1/12 lbs Mixed Ripe Fruit |
Mix sugar, water and mint in small sauce pan. Boil until sugar dissolves. Puree about 1/2 of the fruit; cut the other 1/2 in bite size pieces. Mix puree with remaining fruit. Add salt and vanilla and lemon juice to syrup. Mix with fruit.
