(Serve with Baked Beans and Grilled Onions)
Ground Beef | Garlic Powder |
Worcestershire Sauce | Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper |
Mix together ground beef, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder (there are no specific amounts, use your judgement and experiement a bit). Form into 1/4 pound patties. Brush each pattie with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Place patties on a HOT grill. Burgers should be cooked at a high temperature so they will cook quickly without becoming too dry. Flip once (after about 4-7 minutes, depending on the size of your patty). Cook on the second side for a few minutes LESS than you cooked the first side. Do NOT flatten the patty with a spatula or the burger will become dry.
Place your hamburger on a high quality bun and dress with desired condiments (onions are a MUST for me!).
