(serve with Stir-fried Green Beans and white rice)
For Chicken:
1-2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts | Corn Starch |
2 Eggs, beaten | Garlic Salt |
Season chicken with garlic salt, dip in beaten eggs, roll in corn starch, fry in oil until browned.
For Sauce:
3/4 Cup Sugar | 4 Tbsp Ketchup |
1/2 Cup Japanese Vinegar | 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice |
1/2 tsp Salt | 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce |
Mix all ingredients for sauce, pour over chicken, and bake at 350 for 30 min.
