1 lb hamburger
½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1 egg 1 Tbsp. heavy cream/milk 2 Tbsp. flour

Sauce:
1-2 cans chili sauce ½ C. grape jelly per can chili sauce 1-2 cups Cooked Rice |
Mix together, with hands. all but sauce ingredients. Roll into ½-1” meatballs. Cook in frying pan till all sides are brown and cooked through. Mix together sauce. Pour over cooked meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Serve with rice. *This dish can be doubled and frozen)
