Meatballs:
2 lbs Ground Beef | 2 tsp Salt |
1/2 Cup Cracker Crumbs | 1/4 tsp Pepper |
2 Eggs Beaten | 1 Onion, 1/2 diced – 1/2 thinly sliced |
Mix all ingredients (except sliced onions) and form into quarter sized balls. Put into casserole dish with a layer of meatballs then a layer of onions; repeat until all meatballs and onions are used.
Sauce:
3-4tbl Worcestershire sauce | 2cups ketchup |
3tbl vinegar | 1cup water |
1/4c white sugar |
Mix well with whisk, pour over meatball layers. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more or until done.
