1 lb Ground Beef | 1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies, drained |
3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning | 1 Cup Shredded Cheese |
1 Can Black Beans, drained | Shredded Lettuce |
24 Wonton Wrappers | Guacamole |
1 Can Cheese Wiz or Velveeta | Sour Cream |
Preheat oven to 375.
Lightly mist 12 muffin tin cups with cooking spray, set aside. In a large skillet over medium high heat brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and black beans; cook until heated through.
In a small sauce pan over LOW heat combine cheese wiz and diced tomatoes. Heat until combined.
Push two wonton wrappers in each one of the 12 sprayed muffin tin cups. Spoon cheese mixture on top of wonton wrappers (filling cups about 1/4 the full). Spoon meat mixture on top of cheese wiz mixture. Top with a few sprinkles of shredded cheddar.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before taking them out of muffin tin. Top with lettuce, guacamole or sour cream.
