(Serve with Garlic Toast)
|1 9oz Package Cheese-filled Tortellini||1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, Shredded|
|1 4oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers, cut in 1/2 inch strips||Grilled Chicken Strips (Optional)|
|1/3 Cup Alfredo Sauce||Coarsely Ground Pepper|
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Stir in roasted red peppers, chicken and alfredo sauce. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until heated through. Stir in half of the basil. Garnish with remaining basil and black pepper.
