(Serve with Garlic Toast)
1 9oz Package Cheese-filled Tortellini | 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, Shredded |
1 4oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers, cut in 1/2 inch strips | Grilled Chicken Strips (Optional) |
1/3 Cup Alfredo Sauce | Coarsely Ground Pepper |
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Stir in roasted red peppers, chicken and alfredo sauce. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until heated through. Stir in half of the basil. Garnish with remaining basil and black pepper.
