1 sm Pkg Baby Carrots, diced | 1 Tbsp Onion, diced | 1/2 tsp Pepper |
1/2 Cup Cream or milk | 1 Cup Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup Melted Butter |
3 Tbsp Horseradish | 1 tsp Salt | 1/2 Cup Corn Flakes |
Preheat oven to 350.
Place carrots in a 9×13 baking dish. Combine cream, horseradish, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour over carrots.
Combine melted butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over carrots.
Bake 20 minute until heated through and carrots are crisp tender.
