8oz. Angel Hair pasta | 1 can (10oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis, undrained |
2 c. Grilled Chicken, chopped (or 1 lrg. can of chicken) | 8oz. Sour Cream |
1 can (10 3/4oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup | Sprinkling of Parmesan or Mexican-Blend cheese |
1 can (10 3/4oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil pasta as directed on the box and drain. Mix all other ingredients together (except cheese), add to cooked pasta and press into 9″x13″ baking dish. Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with your choice of cheese and return to oven to melt.
