(Serve with Baked Potato and Feta Cucumber Salad)
1 Tbs. Olive Oil | 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder |
1 Garlic Clove, minced | 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard |
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce | 1 Tbs. Soy Sauce |
1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar | 1/4 tsp. Pepper |
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place marinade and steaks into a freezer bag and marinade (overnight) or for at least 30 minutes. Throw away marinade after use, and cook steaks how you desire.
