(Serve with Baked Potato and Feta Cucumber Salad)
|1 Tbs. Olive Oil||1/2 tsp. Onion Powder|
|1 Garlic Clove, minced||1 tsp. Yellow Mustard|
|1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce||1 Tbs. Soy Sauce|
|1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar||1/4 tsp. Pepper|
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Place marinade and steaks into a freezer bag and marinade (overnight) or for at least 30 minutes. Throw away marinade after use, and cook steaks how you desire.
