Bacon Sour Cream Scramble

Bacon Sour Cream Scramble
5 Strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 tbsp Butter
1/3 Cup Sour Cream 3-4 Eggs
3 Green Onions, chopped

Combine bacon and sour cream. Saute onions in bacon grease and add to bacon sour cream mixture. Melt butter in an omlet pan. Beat eggs with 1tbsp milk and pour into omelet pan, cook. When omelet is set, spoon sour cream mixture along the center of eggs and fold. Serve immediately.
